Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has limited everyone's activities, this has made it difficult for many people to carry out their usual activities, one of which is physical activity. Physical activity is very important to do, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, physical activity during the Covid-19 pandemic can help to maintain one's immunity. One of the most popular physical activities today, namely cycling, cycling is often done by both men and women. Therefore, the aim of this study is to examine the comparison of men's and women's bicycle activities in Indramayu Regency. The method used in this research is causal comparison with the population in this study, namely the IMBARGO bicycle community, one of the bicycle communities in Indramayu Regency. 10 men and 10 women who participated as samples of this study. Data were collected using the objective method using the ActivPAL accelerometer to measure the duration of cycling time for one week. The result is the sig value. 0.730 ˃ 0.05. Then it is stated that H0 is accepted, which means that there is no significant difference between men's and women's bicycle activities.
