    Abstract

    21st century education is challenged to form a superior generation capable of mastering a
    number of science and technology that can be competed and have high adaptability.
    Achievement of students now, not able to compete because of the mastery of a number of
    science has not been in line with expectations. For that we need collaboration between
    counseling guidance and learning activities through academic guidance. Theory and flow
    approach need to be developed through the implementation of academic guidance as it is
    proven to increase the various learning processes. Implementation of various services in
    academic guidance based on flow theory will form the mindset and learning behavior that
    can improve the competence and learning skills that can support the achievement of the
    educational process
