Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis (1) Kemampuan level C4 (Analisis) guru geografi dalam mengembangkan instrumen pengukuran hasil belajar, (2) Kemampuan level C5 (evaluasi) guru geografi dalam mengembangkan instrumen pengukuran hasil belajar), dan (3) Kemampuan level C6 (Mencipta/Kreasi) guru geografi dalam mengembangkan instrumen pengukuran hasil belajar guru geografi dalam mengembangkan instrumen pengukuran hasil belajar di SMA dan MA Kota Metro; serta (4) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan guru geografi dalam mengembangkan instrumen pengukuran hasil belajar berorientasi HOTS di SMA dan MA Kota Metro. Metode yang digunakan merupakan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, studi dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengaruh kemampuan level C4 (Analisis) dalam mengembangkan instrumen pengukuran hasil belajar yakni dengan nilai signifikansi (0,383), C5 (Evaluasi) dalam mengembangkan instrumen pengukuran hasil belajar yakni dengan nilai signifikansi (0,209), dan C6 (Mencipta/Kreasi) dalam mengembangkan instrumen pengukuran hasil belajar yakni dengan nilai signifikansi (0,245) serta terdapat pula faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan guru geografi dalam mengembangkan instrumen penilaian berorientasi HOTS diantaranya seperti linieritas pendidikan guru di PT yakni (0,009), riwayat pendidikan guru yakni (0,019), pelatihan guru yakni (0,032), dan pengalaman guru dalam membuat soal HOTS yakni (0,047) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemampuan guru geografi dalam mengembangkan instrumen penilaian hasil belajar berorientasi HOTS. Rekomendasi pada penelitian adalah perlu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan guru geografi dalam mengembangkan instrumen penilaian hasil belajar beorientasi HOTS salah satunya dengan mengadakan pelatihan atau workshop guru SMA/MA Kota Metro. ABSTRACT The research objectives were to analyze (1) the ability of the C4 level (analyze) of geography teachers in developing learning outcome measurement instrument, (2) the ability of the C5 level (evaluate) of the geography teachers in developing the learning outcome measurement instrument, and (3) the ability of the C6 level (Create) of geography teachers in developing instruments for measuring learning outcomes of geography teachers in developing instruments to assess learning outcomes in Senior High School (SMA/MA) in Metro City; and (4) factors influencing the geography teachers’ ability to develop HOTS-oriented learning outcome measurement instruments in Senior High School (SMA/MA) in Metro City. The method used is survey research with a quantitative approach. Questionnaires, documentation studies, and interviews were used to collect the data. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence on the ability of the C4 level (analyze) in developing learning outcome measurement instruments, with a significance value (0.383), C5 (evaluate) in developing learning outcome measurement instruments with a significance value (0.209), and C6 (create) in developing a learning outcome measurement instruments with a significance value (0.245). The results also show that factors affecting the ability of geography teachers to develop HOTS-oriented assessment instruments include linearity of teacher education in universities (0.009), history teacher education (0.019), teacher training (0.032), and teacher experience in making HOTS assessment instruments (0.047), and they significantly affect the geography teachers’ ability to develop HOTS-oriented learning outcome assessment instruments. The recommendation in this research is that there is a need to increase the knowledge of geography teachers in developing HOTS-oriented learning outcome assessment instruments by facilitating them to join training or workshops.
