Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengidentifikasi perbandingan makna budaya yang terdapat dalam lagu tradisional anak Sunda dan Korea. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah, (1) mengetahui gambaran perbandingan bentuk satuan lingual lagu tradisional anak Sunda dan Korea, serta (2) mengetahui perbandingan makna budaya lagu tradisional anak Sunda dan Korea. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengenal nilai kehidupan melalui warisan budaya lagu tradisional anak, serta pelestarian bahasa dan budaya. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa empat lagu tradisional anak Sunda dan Korea yang memiliki tema serupa. Kajian penelitian ini adalah antropolinguistik dan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data studi literatur, teknik catat, wawancara dan interpretasi data. Data dianalisis dengan metode agih dan padan. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan perbandingan bentuk satuan lingual pada lagu tradisional anak Sunda dan Korea terdiri atas kata, frasa, klausa, kalimat dan wacana. Perbandingan makna budaya serupa pada lagu (1) Ayun Ambing dan Jajang Jajang Uri Aga (자장 자장 우리 아가) yaitu terdapat makna budaya menimang bayi, kasih sayang keluarga dan penghormatan orang tua. (2) pada lagu Bulantok dan Dal-dal Museun Dal (달달 무슨 달) terdapat makna budaya mensyukuri keindahan alam, (3) pada Cing Cangkeling dan Saeya-saeya Pharangsaeya (새야 새야 파랑새야) terdapat makna budaya kewaspadaan terhadap penjajah, dan (4) pada Oyong-oyong Bangkong dan Dukkeoba-dukkeoba (두껍아-두껍아) terdapat makna budaya gotong royong dan makna budaya tuntunan kehidupan. Adapun perbedaan makna budaya dalam lagu tradisional anak Sunda dan Korea dengan tema serupa dipengaruhi faktor latar belakang bagaimana lagu tersebut tercipta dan perbedaan budaya. Kata Kunci: antropolinguistik, makna budaya, bentuk satuan lingual, lagu tradisional anak korea, lagu tradisional anak sunda. ABSTRACT This research focuses to identify comparison of cultural meaning which are contained in Sundanese and Korean traditional children’s songs. This research aims to (1) describe the representation of the comparison of Sundanese and Korean traditional children’s songs linguistic units, and (2) describe the comparison of cultural meaning in Sundanese and Korean traditional children’s songs. This research was conducted due to the recognition of the value of life through cultural heritage in traditional children’s songs, also language and culture preservation. The object of this research were four Sundanese and Korean children folk songs. This research methodology is a qualitative descriptive based on an anthropolinguistic approach, and the data were collected by using literature studies, note taking methods, interviews, and interpretation of data. The data were analyzed using the distributional method and identify method. The results show that both in Sundanese and Korean traditional children’s songs lyrics consist of linguistic units words, phrases, clauses, sentences, and discourse. The results show similar cultural meaning in (1) Ayun Ambing and Jajang Jajang Uri Aga (자장 자장 우리 아가) which is the cultural meaning of cradling a baby, family love, and respect for parents. (2) in Bulantok and Dal-dal Museun Dal (달달 무슨 달) include cultural meaning of being grateful for the beauty of nature, (3) in Cing Cangkeling and Saeya-saeya Pharangsaeya (새야 새야 파랑새야) shows cultural meaning of vigilance againts colonizer, (4) in Oyong-oyong Bangkong and Dukkeoba-dukkeoba (두껍아-두껍아) contains cultural meaning of mutual cooperation and life guidance. The differences in cultural meanings in Sundanese and Korean traditional children’s songs with similar themes are influenced by the historical background of how the song is composed and cultural differences.
