Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan memperbaiki permasalahan rendahnya aktif belajar siswa dengan meningkatkan Jumlah Waktu Aktif Belajar (JWAB) terkait proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni duration recording (pengambilan durasi waktu) keseluruhan ketika proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Teknik analisis data dengan cara menghitung persentase dari jumlah waktu aktif belajar di setiap siklus dan tindakannya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah diperoleh, terdapat peningkatan keaktifan siswa di setiap siklus, maka disimpulkan bahwa penerapan teknik pembelajaran Stations (learning centers) dapat meningkatkan jumlah waktu aktif belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. This study aims to improve the problem of student active learning by increasing the amount of Active Learning Time (ALT). in the learning process of physical education. The method used in this research is Classrom Action Research (CAR). The measurement tool used in this research is the analysis of the overall time during the learning process. Data analysis technique were used to calculate the percentage of the total active learning time in each and its actions. Based on the research results that have been obtained, there is an increase in activeness of students in each cycle, it is concluded that the application learning techniques learning centers stations can increase the total of active learning time of students in physical education learning.
