Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya minat kewirausahaan mahasiswa, walupun wirausaha merupakan alternatif pemerintah untuk meningkatkan perekonomian negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran keberanian pengambilan resiko, rasa percaya diri dan kecerdasan menghadapi tantangan dan intensi kewirausahaan, serta pengaruh keberanian pengambilan resiko, rasa percaya diri dan kecerdasan menghadapi tantangan terhadap minat kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Angkatan 2016, 2017 dan 2018. Mengunakan Theory Behavior Planed, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia 2016, 2017 dan 2018 sebanyak sampel yang berjumlah 392 orang dari 19.499 orang sebagai populasi. Mengunakan koefisien korelasi Pearson Product Moment berganda. Dari perhitungan uji t pada masing-masing variable keberanian pengambilan resiko rasa percaya diri dan kecerdasan menghadapi tantangan diketahui thitungttabel, yaitu variable keberanian pengambilan resiko diperoleh thitung: 3,208 > ttabel: 1,966097 kemudian variable rasa percaya diri diperoleh thitung: 6,336 > ttabel: 1,966097 dan variabel kecerdasan menghadapi tantangan diperoleh nilai thitung: 5,426 > ttabel: 1,966097. Sehingga ditarik kesimpulan bahwa keberanian pengambilan resiko rasa percaya diri dan kecerdasan menghadapi tantangan berpengaruh postitif terhadap intensi kewirausahaan pada mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Angkatan 2016, 2017 dan 2018. Saran dalam penelitian untuk variabel kecerdasan menghadapi tantangan adalah meningkatkan jangkauan dalam menghadapi suatu kesulitan, lalu untuk variabel keberanian pengambilan resiko untuk meningkatkan perhitungan atau antisipatif dalam mengambil resiko yang akan diambil, terakhir untuk variabel minat kewirausahaan meningkatkan peran keluaraga atau socialogical dalam meningkatkan minat kewirausahaan mahasiswa. The problem in this study is the low interest in student entrepreneurship, even though entrepreneurship is an alternative government to boost the country's economy. This research aims to find out the overview of risk-taking courage, confidence and intelligence facing entrepreneurial challenges and intentions, as well as the influence of risk-taking courage, confidence and intelligence facing challenges to entrepreneurial interests in Students of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Class 2016, 2017 and 2018. This study uses Theory Behavior Planed with the descriptive and verifiative methods. The technique in collecting data uses the form of questionnaires, distributed to students of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia 2016, 2017 and 2018 amounted to a sample of 392 people out of 19,499 people as a population. This study uses the Pearson Product Moment correlation coefficient multiplely. From the calculation of the t test on each variable the courage of risk-taking confidence and intelligence face challenges known thitung>ttabel, i.e. variable risk-taking courage obtained tstatistic: 3,208 > ttabel: 1.966097 then variable confidence gained tstatistic: 6,336 > ttabel: 1.966097 and variable adversity quotient obtained tstatistic value: 5,426 > ttabel: 1.966097. Thus, it is concluded that there was positive influence between the courage of risk-taking confidence and intelligence in facing the challenge on entrepreneurial intent on students of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Class 2016, 2017 and 2018. The advice in this research is to increase the reach in the face of difficulty for intelligence facing challenges variable, then to variable risk-taking courage to increase calculation or anticipatory in taking the risks to be taken, most recently for entrepreneurial interest variables to increase the role of outcommerce or socialogical in increasing student entrepreneurial interest.
