Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah variasi produk ladu yang ditambahkan kacang tanah dan kacang mete yang prosesnya disangrai terlebih dahulu sebagai nilai gizi tambahan pada ladu tersebut. Hal yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah karena produk ladu hingga saat ini belum terlalu dikenal oleh masyarakat luas dan yang mengetahuinya hanya warga lokal Garut saja, itu pun tidak semua. Pun rasa, bentuk dan variasi dari ladu hanya ada original saja, belum dikembangkan sedemikian rupa. Maka, dari penelitian ini diharapkan produk ladu bisa menjadi produk tradisional yang diminati dan dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif karena menggunakan metode eksperimental. Kata kunci : variasi produk, ladu.
