    Abstract

    ABSTRAK
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah variasi produk ladu yang ditambahkan kacang tanah dan kacang mete yang prosesnya disangrai terlebih dahulu sebagai nilai gizi tambahan pada ladu tersebut. Hal yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah karena produk ladu hingga saat ini belum terlalu dikenal oleh masyarakat luas dan yang mengetahuinya hanya warga lokal Garut saja, itu pun tidak semua. Pun rasa, bentuk dan variasi dari ladu hanya ada original saja, belum dikembangkan sedemikian rupa. Maka, dari penelitian ini diharapkan produk ladu bisa menjadi produk tradisional yang diminati dan dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif karena menggunakan metode eksperimental.

    Kata kunci : variasi produk, ladu.

    ABSTRACT
    This study aims to make a variety of products ladu added peanuts and cashew nuts which the process is roasted first as extra nutritional value in ladu such. The background of this research is because the product ladu until today not very well known by the wider community and who know only the local residents of Garut, it was not all. No matter flavor, form and variation of ladu there is only the original course, has not yet been developed in such a way. Then, from this research, expected product ladu can be a traditional product that is in demand and known by the public. The method used in this research is qualitative method because it uses the experimental method.
