Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil pembuatan keputusan karir siswa kelas X, serta tersusunnya rumusan program bimbingan karir berdasarkan profil pembuatan keputusan karir siswa yang layak menurut pakar dan praktisi. Masalah utama penelitian ini adalah rumusan program bimbingan karir seperti apa yang efektif berdasarkan profil pembuatan keputusan karir siswa menurut pakar dan praktisi?. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif. Sampel penelitian menggunakan semua siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 269 siswa. Penelitian menghasilkan : (1) profil pembuatan keputusan karir siswa kelas X (2) rumusan program bimbingan karir berdasarkan profil pembuatan keputusan karir siswa yang layak menurut pakar dan praktisi

Abstract
This study aims to determine the profile of career decision making class X, as well as the completion of a career guidance program formulation based on career decision-making profile of students eligible according to experts and practitioners. The main problem of this research is the formulation of career guidance programs like what is effective based on the profile of students making career decisions by experts and practitioners?. The research approach used is quantitative. The research method used is descriptive. The research sample using all students of class X which amounts to 269 students. The study produced: (1) profile career decision making class X (2) formulation of career guidance program based on career decision-making profile of students eligible according to experts and practitioners.
