Abstract
Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja karyawan tetap. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, perilaku kewargaan organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, perilaku kewargaan organisasi, kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan perilaku kewargaan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey eksplanasi (ezplanatory survey). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala 5 model rating scale. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV Cipta Cekas Grafika, sebanyak 62 orang karyawan tetap. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berada pada kategori tinggi (2) perilaku kewargaan organisasi berada pada kategori tinggi (3) kinerja karyawan berada pada kategori tinggi (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan perilaku kewargaan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, kinerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Kata Kunci: keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, perilaku kewargaan organisasi, kinerja karyawan THE EFFECT OF WORKLIFE BALANCE AND ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN CV CIPTA CEKAS GRAFIKA By: Destry Yayu Ramdhani The paper is supervised by: Dr. Rasto, M.Pd ABSTRACT Tha problem in this research is not yet optimal performace of permanent employee. This research consist of three variables that is work life balance, organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze work life balance, organizational citizenship behavior, employee performance and the influence of work life balance and organizational citizenship behavior on employee perfoemance. The research method uses explanatory survey. The technique of collecting data is using a 5- scale with rating scale model. Respondents of this study were permanent employee of CV Cipta Cekas Grafika, as many as 62 people. Data analysis techniques use regression. The result showed that: (1) worklife balance was in the strong or high category (2) organizational citizenship behavior was in the strong or high category (3) employee performance was in the strong or high category (4) there was a positive and significant influence on worklife balance and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Therefore, employee performance can be improved through improving worklife balance and organizational citizenship behavior.
