Abstract

Latar belakang penulisan Skripsi ini berdasarkan temuan rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa dalam memecahkan masalah matematika sudah dinilai sebagai salah satu yang cukup serius dan perlu penanganan segera dalam pembelajaran disekolah.Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika tentang operasi hitung campuran di kelas IV SDN Parungtanjung 02 melalui penerapan pendekatan kontekstual serta bagaimana peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa tentang operasi hitung campuran di kelas IV SDN Parungtanjung 02 melalui penerapan pendekatan kontekstual ?Ada dua jenis instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu pembelajaran dan instrumen pengumpulan data . Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Parungtanjung 02 Kecamatan Gunungputri Kabupaten Bogor dengan subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV pada semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2012 . berjumlah 30 siswa. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari rata – rata nilai tes formatif pada siklus I 70,6 sedangkan pada silkus II meningkat menjadi 91,33 pada siklus I kelompok yang memiliki ketuntasan dalam kerja kelompok sekitar 40 % dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan sekitar 60 % Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika tentang operasi hitung campuran menunjukan peningkatan yang signifikan terlihat dari setiap siklus yang cenderung meningkat. Demikian pula telah terjadi peningkatan aktifitas pembelajaran melalui pendekatan kontekstual pada pokok bahasan operasi hitung campuran di kelas IV SDN Parungtanjung 02 Kecamatan Gunungputri Kabupaten Bogor dengan demikian pendekatan kontekstual dapat dijadikan sebagai alat bantu untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran matematika tentang operasi hitung campuran di kelas IV sekolah dasar. Abstract The background of the writing of this thesis based on the findings of low student achievement in solving mathematical problems was rated as one of the serious and need immediate treatment disekolah. Formulation learning problem in this research is how the implementation of the mathematics learning of the operation count in the grade IV mixture SDN Parungtanjung 02 through the implementation of a contextual approach and how to increase students' mathematics learning outcomes of the operation count in the grade IV mixture SDN Parungtanjung 02 through the implementation of a contextual approach? There are two types of instruments used in this study, namely learning and data collection instruments. The experiment was conducted in the Elementary School District 02 Parungtanjung Gunungputri Bogor regency by the study subjects were fourth grade students in the first semester of academic year 2012. numbered 30 students. The results obtained from the average - average test scores in the first cycle formative 70.6 while silkus II increased to 91.33 in the first cycle group with mastery in the group about 40% and in the second cycle increased approximately 60% results from it was concluded that the mathematical learning arithmetic operations mixture showed significant improvements visible from every cycle tends to increase. Similarly, there has been increased activity learning through contextual approach on the subject of mixed arithmetic operations on class IV SDN Parungtanjung Bogor District 02 District Gunungputri contextual approach can thus be used as a tool to enhance learning in mathematics of the operation count in the grade IV mixed primary school
