Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar peserta didik dengan locus of control internal dan prestasi belajar peserta didik dengan locus of control eksternal di SMK Swasta se-Kota Cimahi kelas X Program Studi Akuntansi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X Program Studi Akuntansi di SMK Swasta se-Kota Cimahi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 160 orang peserta didik kelas X Program Studi Akuntansi di SMK Swasta se-Kota Cimahi yang dipilih secara acak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik penyebaran angket dan dokumentasi. Uji statistik pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji Chi square (χ^2 ) untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak adanya perbedaan prestasi belajar peserta didik dengan locus of control internal dan prestasi belajar peserta didik dengan locus of control eksternal. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa tidak signifikan artinya tidak ada perbedaan prestasi belajar peserta didik dengan locus of control internal dan prestasi belajar peserta didik dengan locus of control eksternal dengan p-value = 0,776  alpha = 0,05. The purpose of this research is to know whether if there is a difference in student learning achievement with internal locus of control and student learning achievement with external locus of control of the X grade Accounting Study Program in private SMK in Cimahi City. The subject of research is students of the X grade accounting Study Program at Private SMK in Cimahi City. The samples in this research amounts to 160 students of the X grade Accounting Study Program randomly selected in Private SMK in Cimahi City. Data collection is carried out by questionnaire and documentation. The statistical test used is Chi square test (χ^2 ) to find out the presence or absence of differences in student learning achievement with internal locus of control and student learning achievement with external locus of control. From the results of the study found that insignificant means there is no difference in student learning achievement with internal locus of control and student learning achievement with external locus of control with p-value = 0,776  alpha = 0,05.
