Abstract

Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) merupakan salah satu bentuk Upaya Kesehatan Bersumber Daya Masyarakat (UKBM) yang dilaksanakan oleh, dari dan bersama masyarakat untuk memberdayakan dan memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat guna memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan bagi ibu, bayi, dan anak balita. Kegiatan posyandu mencakup: KIA, KB, Imunisasi, Gizi, penanggulangan diare. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui masalah-masalah yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan program posyandu dan upaya meningkatkan pelayanan program posyandu. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur. Literatur yang digunakan adalah hasil pencarian melalui jurnal nasional dan jurnal internasional. Nasional meliputi google schoolar [https://scholar.google.co.id/] dan Internasional meliputi Pumbed [https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed]. Kata kunci ”Masalah-Masalah dan Program Posyandu” terbitan tahun 2016-2020. Berdasarkan hasil pencarian ditemukan 8 jurnal nasional dan 2 jurnal internasional yang berkaitan dengan topik. Hasil 10 kajian literatur menunjukkan ada beberapa masalah mendasar dalam Program Posyandu di Indonesia yaitu: 1) masih rendahnya peran kader Posyandu; 2) kurangnya pengetahuan terhadap manfaat program posyandu; 3) kurangnya partisipasi dalam kegiatan Posyandu; 4) kurangnya sarana dan prasarana kegiatan Posyandu; 5) serta kurangnya kerja sama lintas program dan lintas sektor. Didapatkan 5 upaya yang diperlukan untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah Program Posyandu. Upaya pertama yang harus dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan pelatihan kader Posyandu. Upaya kedua adalah dengan mengadakan penyuluhan secara rutin di Posyandu pada ibu dan keluarganya oleh kader yang terlatih. Upaya ketiga adalah dengan meningkatkan sarana prasarana di Posyandu. Upaya keempat adalah dengan memberikan insentif baik material maupun immaterial kepada kader Posyandu yang aktif. Serta upaya kelima adalah dengan meningkatkan upaya advokasi pada pihak-pihak yang terkait. Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) is a form of Community-Based Health Efforts (UKBM) carried out by, from and with the community to empower and provide facilities for the community to obtain health services for mothers, babies and toddlers. Posyandu activities include: KIA, family planning, immunization, nutrition, diarrhea prevention. This study aims to determine the problems that affect the implementation of the posyandu program and efforts to improve posyandu program services. The method used is literature review. The literature used is search results through national journals and international journals. National includes google schoolar [https://scholar.google.co.id/] and International includes Pumbed [https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed]. Keywords "Problems and Posyandu Programs" published in 2016-2020. Based on the search results, 8 national journals and 2 international journals related to the topic were found. The results of 10 literature reviews show that there are several fundamental problems in the Posyandu program in Indonesia, namely: 1) the low role of Posyandu cadres; 2) lack of knowledge of the benefits of the posyandu program; 3) lack of participation in Posyandu activities; 4) lack of facilities and infrastructure for Posyandu activities; 5) as well as the lack of cross-program and cross-sector cooperation. Obtained 5 efforts needed to solve problems in the Posyandu Program. The first effort that must be done is to conduct training for Posyandu cadres. The second effort is to conduct regular outreach at Posyandu for mothers and their families by trained cadres. The third effort is to improve the facilities and infrastructure at Posyandu. The fourth effort is to provide both material and immaterial incentives to active Posyandu cadres. And the fifth effort is to increase advocacy efforts to related parties.
