    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebersyukuran terhadap kepuasan hidup dewasa awal yang diselingkuhi pasangan di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah 82 responden. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan The Gratitude Questionnaire (GQ-6) untuk mengukur kebersyukuran dan Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) untuk mengukur kepuasan hidup. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi sederhana. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kebersyukuran terhadap kepuasan hidup sebesar 16,5%.----------This study aims to determine the effect of gratitude on the life satisfaction of early adults who are afflicted by couples in the city of Bandung. The method used is quantitative with 300 respondents. The instrument of this study uses The Gratitude Questionnaire (GQ-6) to measure gratitude and Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) to measure life satisfaction. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple regression. The results obtained indicate that there is an influence of gratitude towards life satisfaction of 16,5%.
