Abstract

Teman sebaya dapat memengaruhi sikap, pembicaraan, minat, penampilan, dan perilaku remaja. Pengaruh tersebut dapat menjadi tekanan pada remaja, seperti rayuan, ajakan, bahkan paksaan untuk melakukan sesuatu yang tidak diinginkan atau yang bersifat negatif. Keadaan seperti itu menuntut remaja untuk memiliki assertiveness, agar dapat terhindar dari pengaruh-pengaruh yang negatif dan dapat menghambat perkembangannya. Tujuan penelitian ini menguji bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama dalam meningkatkan assertiveness siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperiment non equivalent pre test – post test control group. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP 12 Bandung sebanyak 10 orang yang ditentukan secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan skor assertiveness yaitu sebanyak 16,31%. Rekomendasi ditujukan kepada guru BK agar dapat mengimplementasikan bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama dengan pengembangan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan agar dapat mengembangkan kajian terbaru mengenai bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama dan assertiveness berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini.; Peers can influence the attitudes, speech, interests, appearance, and behavior of adolescents. The influence can be a pressure on adolescents, such as seduction, invitations, even coercion to do something that is not desirable or that is negative. Such conditions require adolescents to have assertiveness, so they can avoid negative influences and can hinder their development. The purpose of this research is to test the guidance of the group with sociodramas technique for improving student assertiveness. This research based quantitative approach with quasi experiment non equivalent pretest - posttest control group design. The sample is 10 students of class VII students SMP Negeri 12 Bandung with purposive sampling. The results showed that there was an increase in the assertiveness of student score of 16.31%. The recommendations are addressed to the guidance and counseling teacher so that they can implement the sociodrama technical guidance group with development tailored to the needs and characteristics of the students. Subsequent research is expected to be able to develop a recent study on the guidance of sociodrama and assertiveness techniques based on the findings of this study.
