    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektivitas kinerja (performa) guru pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga di tingkat SMP se-Kecamatan Cisaat Kabupaten Sukabumi Tahun 2018. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskripsi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah random sampling yaitu siswa SMP yang berada di wilayah Kecamatan Cisaat Kabupaten Sukabumi. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah survei tidak langsung terhadap efektivitas kinerja (performa) guru pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga. Hasil pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan statistik sederhana dengan jumlah rata-rata 72.7%. Disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas kinerja (performa) guru dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga memiliki kesan baik pada pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran secara keseluruhan, bila dikategorikan menggunakan metode kriteria lima kotak termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi;
    This study aims to determine (performance) physical education and sports teachers in the Middle School in Cisaat Subdistrict, Sukabumi Regency in 2018. The research method is the description method. The sample in this study was random sampling, namely junior high school students in the Cisaat District, Sukabumi Regency. The instrument of this research is an indirect survey of the performance of physical education and sports teachers. The results of data processing and analysis use simple statistics with an average total of 72.7%. It was concluded that the performance of teachers in learning education and sports had good results, if categorized using the same method for the high category.
