Abstract

Pelaksanaan Pratik Kerja Industri di SMK Negeri 8 Bandung, berpedoman pada Bahan bimbingan teknis (Bimtek) Peningkatan Mutu SMK yang disusun oleh Direktorat Pembinaan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Untuk mengetahui kesenjangan yang terjadi dalam program, peneliti menggunakan Model Evaluasi Discrepancy. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode dekskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tujuan umum penelitian ini, yakni untuk mengetahui ketercapaian program Prakerin SMK Negeri 8 Bandung yang dilaksanakan di PT. Nusantara Jaya Sentosa berdasarkan pedoman pelaksanaan Prakerin, sedangkan tujuan khususnya yaitu untuk mengetahui kesenjangan yang terjadi dan faktor penghambat maupun pendukung dalam program Prakerin SMK Negeri 8 Bandung yang dilaksanakan di PT. Nusantara Jaya Sentosa. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa keterlaksanaan program Prakerin oleh sekolah adalah 38%, dan keterlaksanaan program Prakerin oleh Institusi Pasangan/industri adalah 50%. Persentase untuk faktor penghambat sebesar 63% dan faktor pendukung sebesar 37%. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka ketercapaian program Prakerin SMK Negeri 8 Bandung yang dilaksanakan di PT. Nusantara Jaya Sentosa adalah kurang optimal. Ketercapaian program Prakerin yang kurang optimal ini, dikarenakan adanya temuan beberapa kesenjangan yang terjadi dalam program Prakerin, serta temuan adanya faktor penghambat yang lebih banyak dari pada faktor pendukung dalam program Prakerin.

The implementation of work in the industry practitioner SMK Negeri 8 Bandung, based on technical guidance (Bimtek) SMK quality improvement prepared by the Directorate of vocational high school. To find out the gaps that occur in the program, the researchers used a Model of evaluation of the Discrepancy. The research method used is the qualitative approach with the analytic method of deskriftif. Technique data collection using interview techniques and documentation. The general objective of this research, to know the achievement of Industry work practices program SMK Negeri 8 Bandung at PT. Nusantara Jaya Sentosa based on implementation of work practices guidelines the industry, whereas the purpose especially to know gap happened and restricting factor as well as supporters in the Industry Work Practices program SMK Negeri 8 Bandung held at PT. Nusantara Jaya Sentosa. Based on the processing and analysis of data in the study, noted that the implementation of the programme of work practices Industry by school is 38%, and program implementation work practices industry by Industry partner is 50%. Restricting factors of percentage to 63% and 37% of factor endowments. Based on the foregoing, the achievement of the program's work practices Industry SMK Negeri 8 Bandung implemented in PT. Nusantara Jaya Sentosa is less than optimal. The achievement of the program work practices that are less than optimal in this Industry, due to the presence of some of the findings gaps that occur in the program, as well as the presence of an inhibitor factor findings that more than on factor endowments in the program work practices in the industry.
