Abstract
Penggunaan metode yang tepat pada proses pembelajaran salah satu upaya guru untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, baik secara kognitif, afektif maupun psikomotor. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini membahas penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Student Teams Achievement Devisions (STAD) pada siswa kelas XI Teknik Mekatronika SMK Karya Bhakti Pusdikpal Cimahi dengan materi pokok peralatan penguji kelistrikan. Pada pra siklus median siswa tertinggi 65,5. Pada ranah kognitif, Siklus I median siswa tertinggi 79,0, siklus II median tertinggi 93,0 dan siklus III median tertinggi 94,5. Pada ranah afektif peningkatan siklus I dalam kategori baik dengan median tertinggi 77,5, siklus II dengan median tertinggi 84,38 dan siklus III median tertinggi 87.50. Pada ranah psikomotor, siklus I median siswa tertinggi 76,04, siklus II median siswa tertinggi 83,34 dan siklus III median siswa tertinggi 91,15. Hal ini dilihat dari data angket demografi 69% respon siswa peningkatan hasil belajar disetiap siklusnya dipengaruhi oleh penerapan model pembelajaran. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif, afektif, psikomotor. The proper method used in the learning process was one of the teacher's efforts to improve student learning outcomes which were cognitive, affective and psychomotor. This classroom action research (PTK) discussed the application of the Cooperative Learning Model Type Student Teams Achievement Devisions (STAD) in the class grade XI Mechatronics Engineering SMK Karya Bhakti Pusdikpal Cimahi with the subject matter of electrical testing equipment. In the pre-cycle the highest median students were 65.5. In the cognitive domain, the highest Cycle I median was 79.0, the highest median II cycle 93.0 and the highest median III cycle 94.5. In the affective domain, the increase in the first cycle was in the good category with the highest median of 77.5, the second cycle with the highest median of 84.38 and the highest median third cycle of 87.50. In the psychomotor domain, the highest cycle I median of students is 76.04, the second cycle is the highest median of students 83.34 and the third cycle the highest median of students is 91.15. This can be seen from the demographic questionnaire data 69% of students' responses to the improvement of learning outcomes in each cycle are influenced by the application of the learning model. So it was concluded that the application of STAD cooperative learning model improves student learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective, psychomotor domains.
