Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi, saat ini tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa pornografi menjadi suatu permasalahan yang telah menyentuh kehidupan setiap orang tidak terkecuali anak yang masih berusia Sekolah Dasar. Sebagai pihak yang memiliki tugas penting bagi tumbuh kembang anak, keluarga memiliki peran dan fungsi yang tidak bisa dihilangkan atau lepas dari kehidupan anak bahkan sampai mereka berusia dewasa. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan penjelasan dan gambaran mengenai peran keluarga dalam suatu upaya pencegahan adiksi pornografi kepada anak usia Sekolah Dasar di Kelurahan Derwati Kecamatan Rancasari Kota Bandung. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pada pelaksanan penelitian ini pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik observasi partisipan, wawancara secara mendalam, studi dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah orang tua yang memiliki anak usia Sekolah Dasar (6-12 tahun) sebagai informan pokok dan anak-anak dalam keluarga tersebut sebagai informan pangkal. Adapun hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Orang tua melakukan sosialisasi sebagai pengetahuan awal kepada anak seperti informasi mengenai bahaya pornografi dan pendidikan seks. (2) Terdapat berbagai faktor baik secara internal maupun eksternal yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya adiksi pornografi pada anak usia Sekolah Dasar. (3) Penanggulangan dilakukan kepada anak yang telah terpapar pornografi untuk mencegah anak dari adiksi pornografi. -----Along with the development of technology and information, today can’t be denied that pornography becomes a problem that has touched the lives of everyone is no exception of children who are still in elementary school age. As a party that has an important task for the development of children, families have roles and functions that can’t be eliminated or separated from the lives of children even up to their adulthood. This research has purpose to get explanation and description about family role in an effort to prevent pornography addiction to elementary school children in Derwati, Bandung City. This research design using qualitative approach with case study method. In the implementation of this study the data collection used is by participant observation techniques, in-depth interviews, documentation studies and literature studies. Objects in this study were parents who had primary school age children as primary informants and children in the family as a base informant. The results in this study show that: (1) Parents gave an early knowledge about sex education and pornography threats to their Elementary school age children with a variety ways that could be easily unsderstand by them. (2) There are both internal and external factors causing porn addiction to the Elementary school age children. (3) The response is made to children who have been exposed to pornography to prevent children from pornography addiction. There are various efforts made by families to protect and prevent every member in the family, especially children from the dangers of pornography. Of every effort made by the family this is not independent of the constraints that arise during the process of prevention.
