Abstract
Permasalahan yang penulis ajukan pada penelitian ini mengenai latihan menggunakan target terhadap ketepatan sasaran shooting dalam permainan sepakbola di lingkungan UKM Sepakbola UPI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya “Peningkatan ketepatan sasaran shooting melalui latihan menggunakan target”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu atlet UKM Sepakbola UPI sebanyak 20 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-test dan post-test one group design. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes menembak ke sasaran. Dari hasil pengolahan data penelitian menggunakan uji paired samples test diperoleh nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan Ho ditolak. Hal ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan menggunakan target terhadap peningkatan ketepatan sasaran shooting. Latihan menggunakan target di lingkungan pembinaan sepakbola penting dipakai untuk meningkatkan ketepatan sasaran shooting. ;---
The problem that the authors propose in this study is about training using target towards the accuracy of shooting target in soccer games in the UPI Soccer UKM environment. This study aims to determine whether there is an "increase in the accuracy of shooting target through training using target". The research method used is an experimental method with purposive sampling technique, which is 20 UPI soccer UKM athletes. This research used a pre-test and post-test one group design. The research instrument used was a test shot at the target. From the results of the research data processing using paired samples test obtained the value of sig (2-tailed) equal to 0,000 <0,05, so conclusions can be taken that Ho is rejected. This shows that there is a significant effect of training using the target to increase the accuracy of shooting target. Training using target is important in soccer coaching environment which is used to improve the accuracy of shooting target.
