Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui social servicescape terhadap behavioral intentions yang dimoderasi oleh hedonic value di Aryaduta Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tamu individu yang sudah menginap di Aryaduta Bandung. Teknik pegambilan sampel menggunakan systematic random sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 114 responden. Teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan yaitu MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Statistic 23 for Windows. Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini memperoleh bahwa secara simultan social servicecape berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intentions yang dimoderasi oleh hedonic value. Secara parsial, kedua dimensi social servicescape, yaitu employee servicescape dan customer servicescape berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention yang dimoderasi oleh hedonic value. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verificative. Data collection techniques used were distributing questionnaires. The population in this study are individual guests who have stayed at Aryaduta Bandung. Sampling technique using systematic random sampling and obtained as many as 114 respondents. The statistical analysis technique used is MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) using the SPSS Statistics 23 for Windows application. The results of tests conducted in this study found that simultaneous social servicescape significantly affected behavioral intentions moderated by hedonic value. Partially, the two dimensions of social servicescape, employee servicescape and customer servicescape significantly influence on behavioral intention moderated by hedonic value.
