Abstract

Kinerja guru dan hasil belajar siswa merupakan dua aspek penting dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut seorang pendidik harus memiliki kinerja yang berdasar pada indikator-indikator kinerja guru yang terdapat dalam Permendiknas No.16 Tahun 2007 dengan 14 Kompetensi yang telah dipublikasikan oleh Badan Nasional Standar Pendidikan (BNSP). Sehubungan dengan hal itu tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan (1) kinerja guru kelas tinggi di sekolah dasar dan (2) hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru kelas tinggi di sekolah dasar cenderung telah memenuhi indikator kinerja guru, dengan hasil belajar siswa yang cenderung tinggi dan melampaui KKM;---Teacher performance and student learning outcomes are two important aspects in achieving educational goals. To achieve this goal, an educator must have a performance based on teacher performance indicators contained on Minister of Education Regulation Number 16 of 2007 with 14 competencies that have been published by the Badan Nasional Standar Pendidikan (BNSP). Therefore, this study describes (1) the performance of high-grade teachers in primary schools and (2) student learning outcomes. This study uses descriptive qualitative analysis method with the techniques of collecting data are observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of this study indicate that the performance of high-grade teachers in primary schools tend to meet teacher performance indicators, with student learning outcomes that tend to go beyond and exceed the KKM.
