    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas pajak daerah, belanja pegawai dan belanja modal terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Data yang digunakan adalah APBD dan Laporan Realisasi APBD Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Barat dari tahun 2010-2016. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi data panel dengan model fixed effect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel efektivitas pajak daerah dan belanja pegawai berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah. Sedangkan variabel belanja modal berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah. ;---
    This study aims to discover the effectiveness of local taxes, personnel expenditure and capital expenditure affect the financial performance of districts / cities governments in West Java Province. The data used are APBD and District / Cities APBD Realization Reports in West Java Province from 2010-2016. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive analysis and panel data regression analysis with a fixed effect model. The results showed that the variables of the effectiveness of local taxes and employee spending negatively affect financial performance of local governments. While capital expenditure variable has a positive effect on the financial performance of local governments.
