Abstract
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyaknya siswa yang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) pada nilai Ujian Akhir Semester pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei eksplanasi (survey explanatory). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Responden adalah siswa Kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Cipta Skill Bandung sebanyak 86 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan belajar berada pada kategori rendah, minat belajar berada pada kategori sedang, dan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, diperoleh hasil bahwa kesiapan dan minat belajar baik secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Kata Kunci: kesiapan, minat belajar, hasil belajar siswa Problems in this research is ineffective study results students Class X Office Administration. This is proven by the high number of students who has not reached Minimal Complete Criteria (KKM) at the end of the semester test scores in the correspondence subject. This research used explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques used questionare. The respondents were students grade X department of Office Administration in SMK Cipta Skill Bandung as many as 86 peoples. The data technique analysis used is dual analysis regression. The result of this study indicate that the readiness to learn in low category, the interest in learning include in moderate category, meanwhile student outcome learning include in moderate category. Based on the analyzed of regression, the result revealed that readiness to learn and interest in learning both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward students learning outcomes.
