Abstract

ABSTRAK Setiap proyek konstruksi harus ada fasilitas proyek (site facilities) untuk menunjang pekerja konstruksi. Tata letak fasilitas proyek harus menyesuaikan kebutuhan maupun keadaan/medan di lapangan. Fasilitas proyek (site facilities) pada proyek konstruksi berskala besar harus diimbangi dengan fasilitas kerja yang memadai dan efisien sehingga aktifitas pembangunan dapat berjalan lancar, nyaman serta mendukung program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (k3). Metode yang digunakan dalam pengoptimalisasian site layout proyek ini adalah dengan metode multi objectives function . Yaitu analisis traveling distance (jarak tempuh) dan analisis safety index (tingkat keamanan). Semakin kecil nilai jarak tempuh maka semakin dekat perjalanan pekerja untuk berpindah ke fasilitas proyek yang lain dan semakin kecil nilai tingkat keamanan maka tingkat kecelakaan yang dialami pekerja yang melalui zona bahaya juga akan semakin kecil. Dari identifikasi 2 skenario yang telah di analisa maka didapatkan nilai traveling distance (jarak tempuh) paling minimum ada pada skenario 2 yaitu 7490,8 meter atau mengalami penurunan sebesar 6,28% dari kondisi eksisting. Untuk perhitungan nilai safety index (tingkat keamanan) tidak terjadi penurunan dalam kedua skenario. Di skenario 1 nilai safety index menunjukkan angka 337,86 yang artinya naik 1,24% dari eksisting dan di skenario 2 nilai safety index menunjukan angka 339,24 yang artinya naik 1,65%d dari kondisi eksisting. Jika ingin menggunakan jarak tempuh terdekat maka skenario 2 bisa diterapkan, tetapi tingkat keamanannya akan jadi lebih ber-resiko. The layout of the project facilities must match the needs and conditions / terrain in the field. Project facilities (site facilities) in large-scale construction projects must be balanced with adequate and efficient work facilities so that construction activities can run smoothly, comfortably and support work safety and health (k3) programs. The method used in optimizing the site layout of this project is the multi objective function method. Namely traveling distance analysis and safety index analysis. The smaller the mileage value, the closer the worker's distance to move to other project facilities and the smaller the value of the level of safety, the accident rate experienced by workers through the danger zone will also be smaller. From the identification of the two scenarios that have been analyzed, the minimum traveling distance obtained in scenario 2 is 7490.8 meters or has decreased by 6.28% from the existing condition. For the calculation of the value of the safety index (safety level) there was no decrease in both scenarios. In scenario 1 the safety index value shows the number 337.86 which means an increase of 1.24% from the existing and in scenario 2 the safety index value shows the number 339.24 which means an increase of 1.65% d from the existing condition. If you want to use the closest mileage then scenario 2 can be applied, but the level of security will be more risky.
