Abstract

Penerangan Jalan Umum (PJU) merupakan salah satu perlengkapan jalan raya yang berperan penting sebagai penunjang keamanan pengguna jalan terutama pada malam hari. Secara umum, kriteria untuk PJU adalah pencahayaan, keamanan, konsumsi energi, dan keekonomisan yang harus dipertimbangkan secara keseluruhan. Skripsi ini menjelaskan perancangan ulang PJU pada area studi dengan tujuan memberikan evaluasi agar kuat pencahayaannya sesuai dengan SNI: 7391:2008 dan meminimalisir energi listrik yang dipakai. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam proses perancangan adalah DIALux evo 8.0. Perangkat lunak tersebut dapat memberikan hasil berupa perencanaan, pemodelan dalam 2D dan 3D, serta data penyebaran cahaya pada area studi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PJU yang sudah dirancang ulang memberikan hasil yang memenuhi SNI: 7391:2008 dengan penggunaan energi listrik yang lebih rendah dibandingkan PJU existing. ..... Street Lighting (SL) is one of the street equipment that plays an important role as supporting the safety of road users, especially at night. In general, the criteria for SL are lighting, security, energy consumption, and economics that must be considered as a whole. This paper explains the redesign of SL in area study in order to provide evaluation for the good lighting in accordance with SNI: 7391: 2008 and minimize the electrical energy used. The software used in the design process is DIALux evo 8.0. The software can provide results in the form of planning, modeling in 2D and 3D, as well as data on the spread of light in the study area. The results showed that SL which has been redesigned give results filled SNI: 7391: 2008 with the use of electricity energy is lower than existing SL.
