Abstract

ABSTRAK Pertanian, perkebunan serta peternakan merupakan sektor yang paling diunggulkan di negara Indonesia, akan tetapi sektor pertanian di Indonesia saat sedang mengalami fenomena pengurangan tenaga kerja petani muda, di Jawa Barat sendiri berdasarkan data sensus pertanian sektor pertanian lebih didominasi orang tua, sedangkan untuk tenaga kerja muda semakin tahun terus berkurang, terdapat suatu tempat yang bisa memfasiltasi dan mengedukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai penting dan menguntungkannya sektor pertanian apabila dekelola dengan baik, salah satunya adalah dengan dibuatnya kawasan Agro Tecno Park, didalamnya memiliki fasilitas pertanian yang lengkap dengan kawasan yang menarik, tema perancangan yang diambil adalah Arsitektur Simbiosis yang diperkenalkan oleh Arsitek asal Jepang yaitu Kisho Kurokawa, lebih khususnya dengan jenis Simbiosis Eksterior dan Interior, karena dengan tema ini kesan tertutup pada bangunan akan menjadi hilang sehingga terjadi penyatuan ruang luar dan dalam supaya terkesan lebih terbuka bagi pengunjung, lokasi perancangan yang diambil berada di Kota Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat karena disana terdapat beberapa komoditas perkebunan yang baik dan didukung oleh Universitas Siliwangi yang memiliki program studi pertanian. Kata Kunci: Agro Techno Park, Sensus Pertanian, Arsitektur Simbiosis. ABSTRACT Agriculture, plantations and livestock are the most favored sectors in the country of Indonesia, but the agricultural sector in Indonesia is currently experiencing a phenomenon of reducing the workforce of young farmers, in West Java itself based on agricultural census data the agricultural sector is more dominated by older people, while young workers continue to decrease from year to year, there a place that can facilitate and educate the public about the importance and benefits of the agricultural sector is needed if managed properly, which of one is designing of the Agro Tecno Park area, which has complete agricultural facilities with attractive areas, the design theme was Symbiotic Architecture which was introduced by the Japanese Architect, Kisho Kurokawa, more specifically with the type of Exterior and Interior Symbiosis, because with this theme the closed impression on the building would be lost so that the unification of the outer space and inner space make it more open to visitors, the design location is in the City of Tasikmalaya, West Java because there are some good plantation commodities and there are supported by Siliwangi University which has an agricultural study program.
