Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kesehatan Evaluasi Program Kerja terhadap Mutu Sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Pertama se-Kota Cimahi”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambParan dan informasi mengenai pengaruh kesehatan evaluasi program kerja terhadap mutu sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Pertama se-Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup yang disebar kepada 36 Sekolah Menengah Pertama se-Kota Cimahi, dengan responden Kepala Sekolah, Bagian Tata Usaha, Guru dan Komite Sekolah. Berdasarkan perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS), menunjukan bahwa kesehatan evaluasi program kerja dan mutu sekolah berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan nilai 3,42 dan 3,57. Selanjutnya, hasil uji normalitas data menunjukan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y berdistribusi normal, sehingga analisis data menggunakan statistik parametik. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan antara kesehatan evaluasi program kerja terhadap mutu sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Pertama se-Kota Cimahi, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,661 (kuat); dan nilai uji signifikansi sebesar 5,059 yang terbukti signifikan karena thitung (5,059) > ttabel (1,692); sedangkan hasil perolehan analisis koefisien determinasi sebesar 43,7%, hal ini menggambarkan bahwa pengaruh Kesehatan Evaluasi Program Kerja terhadap Mutu Sekolah sebesar 43,7% dan 56,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Adapun persamaan regresi Y atas X adalah Y ̂=16,953+0,661X, hal ini berarti apabila terjadi perubahan (peningkatan atau penurunan) satu poin pada variabel X, maka akan diikuti pula oleh perubahan Y sebesar 0,661. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, terbukti bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Kesehatan Evaluasi Program Kerja terhadap Mutu Sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Pertama se-Kota Cimahi.;--This research is titled “The health influence of work program evaluation toward the quality of junior high schools in Cimahi”. Generally, the goal of this research is to gain the general idea and knowledge regarding the influence of work program evaluation health toward the quality of junior high schools in Cimahi. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. Data is gathered using closed questionnaire that is spread toward 36 junior high school in Cimahi, with a list of respondents consisted of the Headmaster, the School Administration, Teacher and the School Commitee. Based on the Weight Means Score (WMS) calculation, it is shown that the work program evaluation health and school quality is on the high category with the score of 3,42 and 3,57. Next, the result of data normality test shows that X variable and Y variable has a normal distribution, so the data analysis uses the parametic statistic. Based on the result of the hypothesis test, it is known that there is a powerful and significant influence work program evaluation health had toward the quality of Cimahi’s middle schools, with the coefficient score of 0,661 (strength); and significancy score result of 5,059 that is proven significant because tcalculate (5,059) > ttable (1,692); while the result of determination coefficient analysis is 43,7%. This shows that the influence of work program evaluation health toward school quality with the score of 43,7% and 56,3% is influenced by other factors. There are also similar Y regression over X is Y ^=16,953+0,661X, this shows that if there is changes (increase or decrease) of one point in variable X, then changes toward Y with about 0,661 will follow. Based on the result of the research above, it is proven that work program evaluation health has an influence toward school quality in Cimahi’s middle schools.
