    Abstract

    Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh latihan life kinetik terhadap peningkatan koordinasi gerak dan keterampilan bermain sepak bola. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan life kinetik terhadap koordinasi gerak dan keterampilan bermain sepak bola. Metode yang digunakan ini adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi yang di gunakan adalah atlet PS UPI Bandung berjumlah 86 atlet. Sampel atlet yang di ambil di UKM UPI berjumlah 40 atlet dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan whole body reaction dan GPAI ( Game Performance Assessment Instrument ). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari latihan Life Kinetik terhadap koordinasi gerak dan keterampilan keterampilan bermain sepak bola dengan menunjukan hasil peningkatan yang signifikan.

    This study discusses the effect of life kinetic exercise on increasing movement and soccer play coordination. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of life kinetik training on increasing movement and soccer play coordination. The method used is the PS UPI Bandung athletes totaling 86 athletes. The sample of athletes take at UKM UPI was 40 athletes with a purposive sampling technique. The instrumen of this research uses the whole body reaction and GPAI (Game Performance Assessment Instrument). The result of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of life kinetik training on movement coordination and the significance of the improvement. Skills to play soccer by showing.
