    Abstract

    Penelitian ini berisi kajian tentang aliran daya optimal arus bolak-balik (AC). Analisis aliran daya optimal adalah perhitungan untuk meminimalkan suatu fungsi tujuan, dalam hal ini adalah biaya pembangkitan suatu pembangkit tenaga listrik atau rugi-rugi pada saluran transmisi, dengan mengatur pembangkitan daya aktif dan daya reaktif setiap pembangkit yang terinterkoneksi dengan memperhatikan syarat batas tertentu. MINOPF merupakan salah satu metode pada MatPower Toolbox (MPT) yang menyelesaikan permasalahan aliran daya optimal arus bolak-balik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan hasil optimasi pada sistem interkoneksi 500 kV Jawa-Bali, kemudian hasilnya dibandingkan dengan hasil optimasi yang dilakukan oleh P.T. PLN (Persero) dan metode algoritma genetika. Hasil optimasi data pembebanan tanggal 17 Maret 2009 pukul 13.30 WIB dan tanggal 7 Mei 2013 pukul 10.00 WIB menggunakan metode tersebut menunjukkan rugi-rugi dan biaya pembangkitan lebih kecil daripada metode lainnya, sehingga aliran daya optimal metode ini merupakan metode optimasi yang paling optimal. Kata Kunci : Aliran Daya Optimal Arus Bolak-balik (AC), Metode MINOPF, Optimasi Sistem Interkoneksi 500 kV Jawa-Bali This research is about alternating current (AC) optimal power flow. Optimal power flow analysis is about consideration to minimize an objective function which in this case cost of generating a power station or losses on transmission line, to set an active power and reactive power generation of power stations which interconnected and considering as a boundary conditions. MINOPF is one of MatPower Toolbox (MPT) methods which solve AC optimal power flow problem. The purpose of a research is optimization result on Jawa-Bali 500 kV interconnection system, then the result compared with optimization result by P.T. PLN (Persero) and genetic algorithm method. Optimization result from load data on March 17th 2009 at 01.30 PM and May 7th 2013 at 10.00 AM using its method shows less losses and generating cost than that of another methods, from the conclusion shown above, the optimal power flow MINOPF method is the most optimal optimization method.
