Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Babussalam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai : 1) penerapan model field trip di TK Babussalam, 2) implikasi penerapan model field trip dalam pembentukan karakter mandiri dan tangung jawab anak usia dini, 3) peran guru dalam penerapan model field trip dalam pembentukan karakter mandiri dan tanggung jawab anak usia dini, 4) faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari pembentukan karakter mandiri dan tanggung jawab melalui model field trip anak usia dini, 5) peran PKn sebagai pendidikan karakter dapat membentuk karakter mandiri dan tanggung jawab anak usia dini. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model field trip sangat tepat digunakan pada anak usia dini. Karena, model tersebut memiliki keunggulan yaitu dapat memberikan pengalaman langsung kepada anak. terwujudnya pembentukan karakter mandiri dan tanggung jawab anak melalui model field trip sangat diperlukan kerjasama yang baik antara guru dan orang tua. Kata kunci : pendidikan karakter, mandiri, tanggung jawab, field trip, anak usia dini ------ This research was conducted at Babussalam Kindergarten. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This study discusses: 1) the application of the field trip model in Babussalam Kindergarten, 2) the implications of the application of the field trip model in the formation of independent character and the responsibility of early childhood, 3) the role of the teacher in the application of the field trip model in the formation of independent characters and children's responsibilities early age, 4) supporting and inhibiting factors of independent character formation and responsibility through early childhood field trip models, 5) the role of Civics as character education can shape independent character and early childhood responsibilities. Data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the field trip model is very appropriate for use in early childhood. Because, the model has the advantage of being able to provide direct experience to children. the realization of the formation of independent character and responsibility of children through field trip models is very necessary good cooperation between teachers and parents.
