Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kondisi objektif peserta didik Multiple Disabilities with Visual Impairment (MDVI), kondisi objektif pembelajaran, pengembangan program pembelajaran, dan pelaksanaan program pembelajaran bagi peserta didik MDVI. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan pengembangan program bagi guru peserta didik MDVI. Penelitian tesis ini menggunakan metode Research and Development adalah model pengembangan berbasis industri dimana temuan penelitian digunakan untuk merancang produk dan prosedur baru. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang diperoleh, bahwa kondisi objektif pembelajaran di sekolah sudah berjalan baik tetapi karena program yang sudah dimiliki oleh guru belum membuat peserta didik mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dan kemampuan optimal. Pengembangan program pembelajaran pra-syarat yang dibuat ini mampu membantu guru kelas mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dan mencapai kemampuan optimal peserta didik, sesuai dengan kemampuan aktual yang dimiliki peserta didik. The problems in this study are the objective conditions of students with Multiple Disabilities with Visual Impairment (MDVI), the conditions of learning objectives, the development of learning programs, and the implementation of learning programs for MDVI students. The purpose of this study is to formulate the development of programs for MDVI student teachers. This thesis research using the Research and Development method is an industry-based development model where research findings are used to design new products and procedures. Data collection techniques by observation, interview and documentation study. The validity of the data uses data triangulation techniques. Based on the results of data processing obtained, that the objective conditions of learning in schools are running well but because the program that is owned by the teacher has not made students achieve learning goals and optimal abilities. The development of the pre-requisite learning program made is able to help class teachers achieve learning goals and achieve optimal abilities of students, according to the actual abilities possessed by students.
