Abstract

Keberadaan fauna tanah sangat penting karena berperan untuk mendekomposisi bahan organik. Fauna tanah yang sering di jumpai adalah Collembola, sehingga peran Collembola di dalam ekosistem tidak dapat diabaikan. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mempelajari keragaman dan kelimpahan Collembola di kebun brokoli (Brassica oleracea L.var. italica Plenck) kecamatan Cisarua-Cimahi.Terdapat dua lokasi penelitian yaitu kebun brokoli diberi pupuk anorganik dan organik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh tiga famili dan delapan spesies Collembola. Famili yang ditemukan di kebun brokoli yang diberi pupuk anorganik yaitu Isotomidae (Isotomurus sp) dan Entomobryidae (Ascocytrus sp, dan Homidia sp). Pada kebun brokoli yang diberi pupuk organik ditemukan famili Isotomidae (Isotomurus sp), Entomobryidae (Ascocytru ssp, Homidia sp, Lepidosira sp, Seira sp, Coecobrya sp), dan Paronelidae (Callyntura sp dan Sallina sp). Keragaman spesies Collembola dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus indeks keragaman Shannon-Wiener. Keanekaragaman Collembola di kebun brokoli yang diberi pupuk anorganik adalah 1,038 dan di kebun organik adalah 1,870. Indeks keragaman di kedua kebun brokoli tersebut termasuk ke dalam kategori sedang. Ascocytrus sp nilai kelimpahannya paling tinggi dibandingan dengan semua spesies Collembola yang ditemukan di kedua kebun brokoli. Nilai C/N Rasio di lokasi anorganik 50,43 lebih rendah daripada di lokasi organik yaitu 52,19. This research aims to study the diversity and abundance of Collembola at the broccoli (Brassica oleracea L. var. italica Plenck) garden in subdistrict Cisarua-Cimahi. There are two locations, broccoli garden with inorganic and organic fertilizer. Based on research result obtained by three families and eight species of Collembola. Families were found in the broccoli garden with inorganic fertilizer are Isotomidae (Isotomurus sp) and Entomobryidae (Ascocytrus sp, and Homidia sp). Families were found in the broccoli garden with organic fertilizer are Isotomidae (Isotomurus sp), Entomobryidae (Ascocytrus sp, Homidia sp, Lepidosira sp, Seira sp, Coecobrya sp), dan Paronelidae (Callyntura sp dan Sallina sp). Diversity of Collembola was calculated using the indeks Shannon-Wiener. Diversity of Collembola in the broccoli garden with inorganic fertilizer is 1,038 while in the broccoli garden with organic fertilizer is 1,870. Diversity of Collembola both of them included into the category of medium. Ascocytrus sp highest abundance values compared with all species of Collembola were found in both the broccoli garden.
