    Abstract

    Pada suatu sistem distribusi tenaga listrik, tingkat keandalan merupakan hal yang sangat penting karena untuk menjamin kontinuitas suplai tenaga listrik kepada konsumen. Keandalan sistem distribusi merupakan tingkat keberhasilan suatu sistem untuk periode waktu yang ditentukan dan dibawah kondisi operasi yang telah ditentukan, dalam pengertian ini tidak hanya kemungkinan kegagalan tetapi juga besarnya durasi dan frekuensi itu penting. Indeks keandalan pada dasarnya adalah suatu angka atau parameter yang menunjukan tingkat pelayanan serta tingkat keandalan dari suplai tenaga listrik sampai kepada konsumen. Indeks-indeks keandalan yang sering dipakai dalam suatu sistem distribusi adalah SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index), SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) dan CAIDI (Customer Average Interruption Duration Index). Setelah melakukan pengambilan data, penulis membuat one line diagram penyulang BDKR menggunakan aplikasi ETAP 16.0.0 lalu menjalankan simulasi model reliability assesment dan perhitungan manual sehingga mendapatkan hasil indeks keandalan penyulang BDKR. Hasil simulasi diaplikasi ETAP 16.0.0 pada penyulang BDKR mendapatkan nilai indeks keandalan sistem ditribusi SAIFI 1.33 kali/pelanggan/tahun, SAIDI 8.62 jam/pelanggan/tahun, dan CAIDI 6.48 jam/frekuensi/tahun. Dan hasil perhitungan manual mendapatkan nilai indeks keandalan sistem distribusi SAIFI 1.14 kali/pelanggan/tahun, SAIDI 8.34 jam/pelanggan/tahun, dan CAIDI 7.31 jam/frekuensi/tahun.

    In a power distribution system, the level of reliability is very important because it is to ensure the continuity of electricity supply to consumers. The reliability of a distribution system is the success rate of a system for a specified period of time and under predetermined operating conditions, in this sense not only the possibility of failure but also the magnitude of duration and frequency are important. The reliability index is basically a number or parameter that shows the level of service and the level of reliability from the supply of electricity to the consumer. Reliability indices that are often used in a distribution system are SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index), SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) and CAIDI (Customer Average Interruption Duration Index). After taking data, the author makes one line diagram of BDKR feeder using the ETAP 16.0.0 application and then runs a simulation model of reliability assessment and manual calculation so that it gets the reliability index results of the BDKR feeder. The simulation results applied by ETAP 16.0.0 on BDKR feeders get the SAIFI distribution index value of 1.33 times / customer / year, SAIDI 8.62 hours / customer / year, and CAIDI 6.48 hours / frequency / year. And the results of manual calculations get the reliability index value of the SAIFI distribution system 1.14 times / customer / year, SAIDI 8.34 hours / customer / year, and CAIDI 7.31 hours / frequency / year.
