Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh majunya pembangunan infrastruktur dan suprastuktur yang ada di Desa Tawangbanteng, sehingga harus ada penilaian kepada masyarakat yang mengarahkan meraka terlibat dalam penyelenggaraan musyawarah desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan bagaimana masyarakat terlibat langsung dalam musyawarah desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya keterlibatan masyarakat melalui penyelenggaran musyawarah desa untuk mengidentifikasi, menggambarkan, menganalisis dan mengevaluasi permasalahan yang ada di Desa Tawangbanteng. Selain itu terdapat kendala yang ditemukan pada saat musyawarah desa. Hanya saja kendala tersebut dapat diatasi dengan upaya yang dilakukan oleh Aparatur Desa, BPD, dan masyarakat Desa Tawangbanteng. Penyelenggaraan musyawarah desa ini menjadi wadah untuk mengaplikasikan keterlibatan masyarakat melalui praktik service learning pada setiap pembelajaran PKn. ..... The backgrround of the research is the rapid growth of infrastructure and suprastructure in the Tawangbanteng Village, so there must be assesment to the public directingthem inpolved to the implementation of the village consultation. The research using the kualitative with descriptive method. The purpose this research to describe how the public directly involved in the village consultation. Result of research show that civic engagement through te implementation of the village consultation to identify, described, analyzed and evaluate problems who there are in the Tawngbnateng Village. In addition, there are problem was founding the moment of village consultation. But the problems can be overcome with efforts made by personnel village, BPD and the people in the Tawangbanteng Village. The implementation of consultation village is a forum to apply civic engagement through the practice of service learning in every civic education learning.
