Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan salah satu penerapanan Model pembelajaran dalam Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan yang dilatarbelakangi kurangnya kesadaran siswa dalam menyikapi dan memanfaatkan era globalisasi sebaik-baiknya. Hal ini dikarenakan metode mengajar PKn sering lebih dominan menggunakan ceramah, Pembelajaran PKn lebih memaksimalkan tenaga guru sebagai pusat pembelajaran dan siswa pasif dalam proses pembelajaran. Mengingat permasalahan tersebut, maka dipandang perlu untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang lebih Cooperative dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi khususnya di kelas IX-8 SMP Negeri 10 Depok : (a) Bagaimana merencanakan Pembelajaran PKn dengan Model Cooperative Script untuk Meningkatkan Kesadaran Siswa Sebagai Masyarakat Global?” (b) Bagaimana langkah-langkah Pembelajaran Model Cooperative Script untuk Meningkatkan Kesadaran Siswa Sebagai Masyarakat Global?”(c) Apa kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam melaksanakan Pembelajaran PKn Melalui Model Cooperative Script untuk Meningkatkan Kesadaran Siswa Sebagai Masyarakat Global”?. (d) Upaya-upaya mengatasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi Pembelajaran PKn melalui Model Cooperative Script untuk Meningkatkan Kesadaran Siswa Sebagai Masyarakat Global ?.(e)Bagaimana Peningkatan Kesadaran Siswa Sebagai Masyarakat Global Setelah Penerapan Model Cooperative Script”? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas IX-8 SMP Negeri 10 Depok sebanyak tiga siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu : perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes tertulis,dan hasil presentasi kegiatan belajar mengajar, dan skala sikap. Pada proses perencanaan Pembelajaran PKn Model Cooperative Script terjadi perubahan baik pada siklus I, II, maupun III. Pada siklus I Model Cooperative Script dilaksanakan tanpa menggunakan media apapun. Siklus II memodifikasi tempat duduk siswa dengan bentuk U, dan Siklus ketiga memanfaatkan ruang multi media. Pada pelaksanaan siklus I siswa masih terpaku pada buku teks dan belum berpartisipasi secara aktif. Pada pelaksanaan siklus II partisipasi siswa sudah meningkat, dan pada siklus III siswa menjadi lebih partisipatif serta mampu mempertahankan argument juga menghargai pendapat teman.Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru antara lain: untuk dapat memanfaatkan ruang multimedia yang dapat membantu siswa tidak mudah karena ruang tersebut digunakan sebagai ruang kelas dan harus bergantian dengan guru lain. Untuk dapat meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang kesadaran masyarakat global guru menugaskan siswa mencari materi tambahan dari media seperti internet, Koran, ataupun majalah. Kendalanya adalah membutuhkan waktu yang lebih banyak. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa kesadaran siswa sebagai warga negara global mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai siklus II yaitu , siklus I (75,3 %) siklus II (76,7 %)(Terjadi peningkatan 1,4%) dan siklus III (78,5 %) peningkatan 0,8 %.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Model Pembelajaran Cooperative Script dapat meningkatkan kesadaran siswa sebagai masyarakat global khususnya kelas IX-8 di SMP Negeri 10 Depok, serta model pembelajaran ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif pembelajaran PKn . Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Model Cooperative Script,PKn, Kesadaran global. This research is one of the applications model of learning in Citizenship Education with historical-background of student awareness decrease to make commitment and use of globalization as well as possible. It caused the method of Civics teaching are often using expository dominant. Civics education maximize the use of teachers as a center of learning and passive students in the learning process. With all these problems, it is necessary to application learning model with more cooperative and fun. This research is based on problems that occur especially in class IX-8 Public Junior High school 10 Depok: (a) How to Plan a Civics education with Cooperative Script Model to Raise Awareness For Global Society? "(B) What steps of Cooperative Script Model to Improve Awareness As a Global Society? "(c) What are the constraints faced by teachers in implementing the Civics learning with Cooperative Script Model to Raise Awareness For Global Society"?. (D) Efforts to overcame the constraints faced by Civics learning with Cooperative Script Model to Raise Awareness For Global Community?. (E) How to Increase Student Awareness as Global Community after the Implementation Cooperative Script Model "? The method used in this research was Classroom Action Research with a subject of research grade IX-8 public junior high school in three cycle. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data obtained in the form of a written test, and results presentation from teaching-learning process and behavior scale. In the planning process Civics Learning with Cooperative Script Model there are good changes both in cycle I, II, and III. In the first cycle, Cooperative Script Model executed without using any media. Cycle II modify the seating students with a U-shape, and the third cycle utilizing multi-media space. In the execution cycle of students are still fixated on the textbook and not participate actively. On the implementation of the second cycle of student participation has increased, and the third cycle students become more participatory and be able to sustain the argument also can respect with their friend opinions. The constraints faced by teachers are: to be able using of the multimedia that can help students in learning process is not easy because the space is used the classroom and to take turns with other teachers. To increase students' awareness about global awareness society, teacher assigns students to look for additional material from the media such as the internet, newspapers, or magazines. The obstacles are needed more time. From the analysis it was found that students' awareness has increased from cycle I to cycle II, namely, the first cycle (75.3%) second cycle (76.7%) (An increase 1.4%) and cycle III (78.5% ) increased 0.8%. the conclusion of this research is the Cooperative Learning Model Scripts can increase students' awareness of the global community especially the class IX-8 in Public Junior High School 10 Depok, and this learning model can be used as an alternative Civics learning.
