Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di SMP Swasta Kecamatan Kalideres Jakarta Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey analisis deskriptif. Dengan 45 sekolah dan sampel 82 Responden. Kinerja mengajar guru menunjukan kategori tinggi yaitu dengan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 3,93. Supervisi akademik kepala sekolah menunjukan kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 3,86. Kompensasi guru menunjukan kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 3,85. Rekomendasi pada penelitian ini salah satu teknik supervisi yang dapat digunakan adalah teknik GROWMIE (Goal, Reality, Obstacles/Option, Way forward, Monitoring, Evaluation). Adapun rekomendasi kompensasi nonfinansial bisa diberikan dalam bentuk pelatihan-pelatihan dalam rangka meningkatkan kenerja mengajar guru.;--The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of academic supervision by a principal and compensation given to the teachers toward teachers' performance at Private Junior High School (Secondary School) in Kalideres, West Jakarta. Descriptive survey method was used in this research to 45 (forty five) private schools as sample with 82 (eighty two) respondents. Teacher performance showed a high category with an overall average score of 3.93. The principal academic supervision shows a high category with an overall grade point average of 3.86. Teachers' compensation shows a high category with an overall average rating of 3.85. Recommendations in this study one of the supervision techniques that can be used is the GROWMIE technique (Objectives, Reality, Obstacles / Options, Steps forward, Supervision, Evaluation). You can provide information in the form of trainings in order to improve teachers' teaching performance.
