Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji permasalahan kesehatan implementasi program sekolah. Secara umum penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk membuat suatu instrumen diagnosis kesehatan implementasi program sekolah yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah kebingungan praktisi pendidikan dalam menganalisis manajemen sekolah dikatakan sehat atau sakit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D). Substansi penelitian terdiri dari tiga dimensi yakni persiapan, pelaksanaan dan pemantauan. Pembuatan instrumen kesehatan implementasi program sekolah dilaksanakan melalui empat tahap, yakni (1) kajian penelitian terdahulu, (2) pelaksanaan FGD, (3) uji konstruk, dan (4) uji kegunaan instrumen. Tahap 1 dilakukan dengan mempelajari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Veranika Dwi tahun 2018. Tahap 2 dilakukan di SD, SMP dan SMA Labschool dengan responden 37 orang. Tahap 3 dilakukan oleh Dr. H. Diding Nurdin, M.Pd dan Elin Rosalin, M.Pd. Tahap 4 dilakukan di 13 SDN se-Kecamatan Sukasari Kota Bandung dengan responden Kepala Sekolah dan Guru. Hasil uji kegunaan instrumen diagnosis kesehatan impelementasi program sekolah menghasilkan data penelitian dalam bentuk uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan Weight Mean Score. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan 48 item yang valid dan 3 Item tidak valid. Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan hasil penghitungan sebesar 0,970 dan r tabel sebesar 0,388. Adapun untuk gambaran kesehatan impelementasi program sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) se-Kecamatan sukasari berada pada kategori “Sangat Sehat” yang bermakna sekolah-sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Sukasari kerap (sering) melaksanakan kegiatan implementasi program sekolah sesuai dengan dimensi penelitian, yaitu tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan, dan tahapan pemantauan. --------- The tittle of this research is “Health Diagnosis of Implementation School Program at the School Laboratory of the Indonesia Education University (UPI)”. This research is done generally to make a health diagnosis of implementation school program instrument which difficulty in solving problem of education practitioners in analyzing school management which called well and unwell. This research method used descriptive method by approaching Research and Development (R&D). The substance of this research consists of three dimensions which are preparation, implementation, monitoring. Health diagnosis of implementation school program instrument is done by four stages, specifically (1) previous study research, (2) FGD, (3) construct test, and (4) instrument-used test. First stage is done by learning the result of research which is done by Veranika Dwi in 2018. Second stage is done SD, SMP and SMA Labschool UPI by respondent 37 Third stage is done by Dr. Diding Nurdin, M.Pd and Elin Rosalin M.Pd. Fourth stage is done in thirteen sub-district Sukasari elementary schools in Bandung by respondent Headmaster and Teachers. This The result of instrument-used test health diagnosis of implementation school program produced research data in validity test, reliability test and Weight Mean Score. The result of validity test showed 48 item which valid and 3 item which not valid. The result of reliability test showed 0,970 and r table is 0,388. In addition, description of health implementation school program in sub-district Sukasari Elementary School in Bandung is “very well” which means every Elementary School in sub district Sukasari Bandung implement frequently implementation school program activity that sutaible with dimension of research.
