Abstract

Tujuan penlitian ini adalah melakukan analisis penyebab gangguan saluran sistem transmisi 150 kV di Gardu Induk Cigereleng-Cibeuereum.Untuk memproteksi saluran transmisi tersebut terhadap arus gangguan hubung singkat, maka digunakan relay OCR(Over Current Relay). Metode analisis pemecahan masalah yang digunakan adalah RCA (Root Cause Analysis). Dengan metode RCA kemungkinan – kemungkinan penyebab gangguan yangmembuat OCR bekerja akan dianalisa sampai didapatkanakar penyebab gangguan yang pasti. Beberapa aspek yang dianalisa antara lain data gangguan saluran transmisi 150 kV di Gardu Induk Cigereleng-Cibeureum, data arus hubung singkat,impedansi penyulang, data trafo, data setting proteksi. Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan akhirnya didapatkan akar penyebab gangguan sistem transmisi 150 kV di Gardu Induk Cigerelng-Cibeureum yang membuat yang membuat OCR bekerja. Diharapkan dari hasil analisa inimasalah serupa tidak akan terjadi lagi dimasa yang akan datang. ..... The purpose of this research is to analyze the cause of 150 kV transmission system disturbance in Cigereleng-Cibeuereum Substation. To protect the transmission line against short circuit current, OCR (Over Current Relay) relay is used. The method used is RCA (Root Cause Analysis). With the RCA method the possible causes of the disorder that make the OCR work will be analyzed until the root cause of the exact disturbance is determined. Some aspects analyzed include 150 kV transmission line data in Cigereleng-Cibeureum Substation, short-circuit current data, repeater impedance, transformer data, data protection settings. From result of analysis which done finally got. The system that works maximally in the Cigerelng-Cibeureum Corset goalkeeper that makes it work with OCR. It is expected from the results of this analysis will not happen again in the future.
