Abstract

Proses belajar mengajar pada hakikatnya merupakan proses komunikasi. Dalam proses komunikasi terdapat beberapa hambatan. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasinya dengan media courseware interaktif dan media audio visual. Penggunaan kedua media ini, peserta didik diharapkan dapat memahami dan memaknai konsep yang terkandung pada materi pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media courseware interaktif terhadap pemahaman konsep hidrosfer peserta didik di kelas eksperimen 1, mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media audio visual terhadap pemahaman konsep hidrosfer peserta didik di kelas eksperimen 2 dan mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh media courseware interaktif dan media audio visual terhadap pemahaman konsep hidrosfer peserta didik di kelas eksperimen 1 dan kelas eksperimen 2. Penelitian dilakukan melalui instrumen tes dan observasi kepada peserta didik Kelas X SMAN Negeri 1 Sungai Pinyuh. Metode yang digunakan quasi experiment tipe “Nonequivalent Control Group Design”. Analisis data menggunakan statistik parametrik terdiri dari paired-Samples T-test dan independent-Samples T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media courseware interaktif terhadap pemahaman konsep hidrosfer peserta didik di kelas eksperimen 1dengan nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 60,49. Nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 82,17. Terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media audio visual terhadap pemahaman konsep hidrosfer peserta didik di kelas eksperimen 2 nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 63,84. Nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 78,72. Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh media courseware interaktif dan media audio visual terhadap pemahaman konsep hidrosfer peserta didik di kelas eksperimen 1 dan kelas eksperimen 2 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,037. Sebelum menggunakan media courseware interaktif, sebaiknya guru dan peserta didik memahami teori dasar mengoperasikan komputer. Khusus untuk guru diharapkan mampu menganalisis fasilitas pendukung, misalnya laboratorium komputer, bahan ajar dan sumberdaya listrik yang memadai. The teaching and learning process is essentially a communication process. In the communication process there are several challenges. One way to overcome it with interactive courseware media and audio visual media. The use of these two media, students are expected to be able to learn and interpret the concepts contained in the learning material. Purposes of the research are to determine the influence of the use of interactive courseware media on conceptual understanding of hydrosphere of students in experimental class 1, to determine the influence of the use of audio visual media on conceptual understanding of hydrosphere of students in experimental class 2 and to determine differences in the influence of interactive courseware media and audio visual media visual on conceptual understanding of hydrosphere of students in experimental class 1 and experimental class 2. The research conducted through test instruments and observations of Class X students of SMAN Negeri 1 Sungai Pinyuh. The method used is a quasi-experimental type "Nonequivalent Control Group Design". Especially for teachers it is expected to be able to analyze supporting facilities, such as computer laboratories, teaching materials and adequate electrical resources.
