Abstract

Penelitian tentang LKPD berbasis SSCS pada pembuatan alat penjernih air sederhana untuk membangun kreativitas peserta didik SMP kelas VII bertujuan untuk membangun kreativitas peserta didik SMP kelas VII melalui pengembangan LKPD berbasis SSCS pada pembuatan alat penjernih air sederhana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah design research menurut Plomp. Subyek penelitian ini adalah LKPD berbasis SSCS dan partisipannya adalah 9 guru dan 27 peserta didik untuk pengisian angket respon serta 24 peserta didik untuk implementasi LKPD. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa angket respon guru dan peserta didik, lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan peserta didik, rubrik jawaban LKPD, serta rubrik penilaian karya kreatif. Pengolahan data hasil penelitian menggunakan pengolahan skor berdasarkan skala Guttman dan skala Likert kemudian interpretasi persentase menurut Riduwan. Hasil angket respon guru dan peserta didik menunjukkan kategori sangat sesuai. Hasil observasi aktivitas guru dan peserta didik terhadap implementasi LKPD tergolong sangat baik. Hasil penilaian jawaban 24 orang peserta didik terhadap tugas-tugas dalam LKPD menunjukkan kategori sangat baik dan hasil penilaian karya kreatif yang dihasilkan peserta didik tergolong kategori sangat baik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat khususnya untuk guru kimia agar memperoleh masukan dalam pembelajaran IPA pada materi pemisahan campuran menggunakan alat penjernih air sederhana; The aims of this research is to build the creativity of learners for Junior High School students in VIIth grade through SSCS based LKPD in making simple water purifier. The research method which is used in this study is design research according to Plomp. The subjects of this are 9 teachers and 27 students who fill out response questionnaire and 24 students for LKPD implementation. The instruments of this research are response questionnaire of teachers and learners, teacher activity observation sheet and learner, LKPD answer column, and creative work appraisal sheet. Data processing result of this research use scoring process based on Guttman scale and Likert scale then interpretation of percentage according to Riduwan. The result of response questionnaire of teachers and learners showed very appropriate. The result of observation of teacher and student activity toward LKPD is very good. Besides that, The result of the assessment of 24 students' answers to the tasks in LKPD showed very good category. and the result of creative work which was resulted by the students was in very good category. This research is expected to be useful especially for chemistry teacher to get input in science learning on mixed separation material using simple water purifier.
