Abstract

ABSTRAK Riani Trianingtyas (1501401) “Pengaruh Insentif dan Komunikasi Internal Terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan (Employee Engagement) (Studi Kasus pada Karyawan PD. Mandala 525 Garut)”. Dibawah bimbingan Prof.Dr.H. Nanang Fattah, M.Pd dan Askolani, S.E, MM. Fokus utama pada penelitian ini adalah rendahnya tingkat keterikatan karyawan (employee engagement) PD. Mandala 525 sehigga menyebabkan turnover karyawan meningkat dan kinerja perusahaan menurun. Dari berbagai faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keterikatan karyawan, yang menarik peneliti yaitu insentif dan komunikasi internal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai insentif, komunikasi internal dan keterikatan karyawan (employee engagement) Karyawan PD. Mandala 525, pengaruh antara insentif dengan keterikatan karyawan, pengaruh komunikasi internal terhadap keterikatan karyawan, dan pengaruh antara insentif dan komunikasi internal terhadap keterikatan karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi sejumlah 180 pegawai dan sampel 71 pegawai. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan dan menggunakan teknik sampling propotionate stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan gambaran insentif, komunikasi internal dan keterikatan karyawan (employee engagement) PD. Mandala 525 tinggi. Hasil uji regresi menunjukan tidak terdapat pengaruh antara Insentif dengan keterikatan karyawan (employee engagement), sedangkan komunikasi internal menunjukan memiliki pengaruh terhadap keterikatan karyawan (employee engagement). Dari hasil uji korelasi menunjukan bahwa keterikatan karyawan (employee engagement) dipengaruhi oleh insentif dan komunikasi internal sebesar 24,6%. Under the guidance of Prof.Dr.H. Nanang Fattah, M.Pd and Askolani, S.E, MM. The main focus of this research is low level of employee engagement in Mandala 525 company that impact employee turnover increases and company performance descreases. Of various factors that affect employee engagement which attract researchers is Incentives and Internal Communication. The purpose of this research is to know description of Incentives, Internal Communication and Employee Engagement of Mandala 525 company. The influence of Incentives towards Employee Engagement, the influence of Internal Communication towards Employee Engagement and the influence of Incentives and Internal Communication towards Employee Engagement. This research method is descriptive and verifikatif with 180 population employee and 71 sample employee. By using questionnaire data collection technique and library studies and using sampling techique propotionate stratified random sampling. Analysis technique used is correlation coefficient pearson product moment and multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using T test anf F test. Result of this research shows that description of Incentive, Internal Communication and Employee Engagement in Mandala 525 company are on high category. The regression count result show that no influence between Incentif and Employee, while internal communication shows that there’s influence toward employee engagement.
