    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kepuasan pengunjung terhadap aktivitas rekreasi di Alam Wisata Cimahi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terhadap aktivitas rekreasi di Alam Wisata Cimahi. Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan didapat apabila produk/jasa memenuhi nilai produk yang baik bagi wisatawan sesuai dengan harapan wisatawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 pengunjung. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukan bahwa tingkat kepentingan aktivitas rekreasi berada pada tingkat penting bagi pengunjung dan tingkat kinerja berada pada tingkat baik. Berdasarkan data yang diolah pengunjung merasakan puas terhadap aktivitas rekreasi di Alam Wisata Cimahi. Maka dari itu pengelola harus mempertahankan kepuasan pengunjung.;---This study aims to measure visitor satisfaction on recreational activities in Alam Wisata Cimahi. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of visitor satisfaction on recreational activities in Alam Wisata Cimahi. The level of customer satisfaction obtained from products/services suitable for tourists according the expectations of tourist. The method used in this research is descriptive method by involving questionnaires for 100 visitors. Based on the result of this study, show that the desired level is useful at a good level for the visitors and the level of performance at a good level. Based on data processed visitors to recreational activities in Alam Wisata Cimahi. Therefore the manager must maintain visitors satisfaction.
