Abstract
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya tingkat penguasaan kompetensi keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran oleh peserta didik pada Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMKN 11 Bandung. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu efektivitas pelaksanaan program praktek kerja industri (X) dan penguasaan kompetensi keahlian administrasi perkantoran oleh peserta didik (Y). Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori belajar behaviorisme dari Thorndike dengan pelaksanaan program prakerin sebagai stimulus bagi pebelajar dan peningkatan penguasaan kompetensi keahlian administrasi perkantoran oleh peserta didik sebagai respon dari pelaksanaan prakerin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran angket dengan model skala likert, yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana. Anggota sampel yaitu 58 peserta didik yang sudah melaksanakan program praktek kerja industri pada Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMKN 11 Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan informasi bahwa pelaksanaan program praktek kerja industri berada pada kategori sangat efektif dan penguasaan kompetensi administrasi perkantoran oleh peserta didik berada pada kategori tinggi. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa efektivitas pelaksanaan program prakerin berpengaruh positif terhadap penguasaan kompetensi administrasi perkantoran oleh peserta didik pada Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMKN 11 Bandung.----------The problems studied in this research is the low level of competency control of Office Administration skills by learners in Office Administration Expertise Program at SMKN 11 Bandung. This research consists of two variables, namely the effectiveness of the implementation of industrial work program (X) and the control of the competence of office administration expertise by the learners (Y). The theory used in this study is the theory of learning behaviorism from Thorndike with the implementation of prakerin program as a stimulus for learners and increased control of the competence of office administration expertise by learners as a response from the implementation prakerin. The method used in this research is explanation survey method. Data collection technique is done by spreading the questionnaire with Likert scale model, which is analyzed using simple regression. Members of the sample are 58 students who have implemented the industrial work program on Office Administration Expertise Program at SMKN 11 Bandung. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression test. Based on the results of research, obtained information that the implementation of industrial work programs in the category of very effective and control of the competence of office administration by students are in the high category. From the result of hypothesis test, it is found that the effectiveness of prakerin program implementation has a positive effect on the control of office administration competence by the learner in Office Administration Expertise Program at SMKN 11 Bandung.
