Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah tentang bagaimana Komitmen Organisasi karyawan PT. Pertamina (Persero) TBBM Tasikmalaya. Komitmen Organisasi merupakan faktor penting bagi kesuksesan perusahaan. Permasalahan mengenai Komitmen Organisasi menjadi menarik untuk diamati karena Komitmen menjadi isu terkini yang menjadi perhatian setiap perusahaan terkait masalah pekerjaan dan banyak memberikan manfaat baik bagi perusahaan, karyawan itu sendiri, maupun bagi masyarakat luas. Salah satu faktor untuk meningkatkan Komitmen Organisasi adalah dengan adanya Employee Engagement. Maka dari itu dalam penelitian ini dikaji perihal Employee Engagement yang dapat meningkatkan Komitmen Organisasi itu sendiri. Adapun beberapa tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai Employee Engagement PT. Pertamina (Persero) TBBM Tasikmalaya, gambaran Komitmen Organisasi pada PT. Pertamina (Persero) TBBM Tasikmalaya dan pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap Organizational Commitment atau Komitmen Organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi 63 karyawan dan responden diambil secara sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t-test untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial dari hubungan antara kedua variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Employee Engagement dan Komitmen Organisasi berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil perhitunganya sebesar 0,345, artinya variabel Employee Engagement dan Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif termasuk dalam kategori rendah.----------Object of this research is about how Organizational Commitment of PT. Pertamina (Persero) TBBM Tasikmalaya. Organizational commitment is an important factor for the company's success. The issue of Organizational Commitment becomes interesting to observe because Commitment in Organization or Company becomes the latest issue that concerns every company related to job problem and gives many benefits for both the company, the employees themselves, and for the wider community. One of the factors to increase the Organizational Commitment is with Employee Engagement. Therefore, this research studied about Employee Engagement that can increase Organizational commitment itself. The goals that want to be achieved is to describe about Employee Engagement of PT. Pertamina (Persero) TBBM Tasikmalaya, also to describe about Organizational Commitment of PT. Pertamina (Persero) TBBM Tasikmalaya and the influence of Employee Engagement on Organizational Commitment This research is using descriptive and verification method with a 63 number of population that taken from PT. Pertamina (Persero) TBBM Tasikmalaya employees . the respondents are taken from saturated sample. The analysis technique is using Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis. The Hypothesis is using t-test to see the partial influence from the relations between the two variables studied. The results shows that Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment are in the high category. The result is 0.345, it means that the Employee Engagement variable and Organizational Commitment have a positive influence with the low classification.
