    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara ketangguhan mental dan keterampilan berpikir kritis dengan pengambilan keputusan wasit bola voli indoor. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif melaluli pendekatan korelasional. Subjek penelitian adalah wasit bola voli Jawa Barat sebanyak 15 orang yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 17.0. Instrumen penelitian adalah angket ketangguhan mental, angket keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan lembar evaluasi wasit dari FIVB (R-4). Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terdapat hubungan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,905 antara ketangguhan mental dan keterampilan berpikir kritis dengan pengambilan keputusan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat hubungan antara ketangguhan mental dan keterampilan berpikir kritis dengan pengambilan keputusan wasit bola voli indoor.;---This research aims to see the relationship between the volleyball referee’s mental toughness and skills of critical thinking on the decision making of indoor volleyball referee. The method is descriptive through correlational approach. The research subject in this study involved 15 indoor volleyball referee which was chosen through purposive sampling technique or sampling with purpose. Data processing technique is using SPSS 17.0 Program. The instrument used in this research is questionnaire about the mental toughness, questionnaire about critical thinking, and refereeing evaluation form (R-4). The results of the study are there is a significant multiple relationship or correlation as big as 0,905 between mental toughness and skills of critical thinking with the decision making. In conclusion, there is a correlation between the mental toughness, critical thinking, and decision making of indoor volley ball referee.
