Abstract

Sistem Informasi merupakan faktor penting bagi kesuksesan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran SIMKIM dan Efektivitas Kerja pegawai di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Bandung dan juga untuk mengetahui Pengaruh penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keimigrasian terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi 128 dan responden berjumlah 62 orang pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Bandung. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t-test untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial.-----. Information Systems is is an important factor for the success of the company. The purpose of the research was to study description of Application Immigration Management Informaton Systems and Employees Work Effectiveness at Bandung Immigration Office and also to study influence of Application Immigration Management Informaton Systems towards Employee Work Effectiveness at Bandung Immigration Office. This type of method of research is descriptive and verification with a population of 128 employees of Bandung Immigration Office and the respondent amounted to 62 employees. The analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t-test to see the effect partially.
