Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan pada penggunaan software SLiMS sebagai temu balik informasi yang belum optimal digunakan oleh pemustaka di Perpustakaan SMAN 15 Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Temu Balik Informasi pada SLiMS di perpustakaan SMAN 15 Bandung. Permasalahan umum yang dikaji pada penelitian ini yaitu Mendeskripsikan penggunaan model TAM untuk mengevaluasi temu balik informasi berbasis SLiMS, permasalahan khusus diantaranya yaitu 1) Mendeskripsikan kebermanfaatan (perceived usefulness) SLiMS dalam temubalik informasi ; 2) Mendeskripsikan kemudahan (perceived ease of use) SLiMS dalam temubalikinformasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik penggunaan sampel yang digunakan yaitu accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 97 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket tertutup. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan Chi-Kuadrat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan Penggunaan OPAC menurut Model TAM berada dalam kategori sesuai. Secara khusus hasil penelitian menunjukkan dimensi perceived usefulness dalam kategori sesuai dan Dimensi perceived ease of use dalam kategori sesuai.-----This research is inspired by the problems of the use of SLiMS software as back-up information that has not been optimally used by users in Library SMAN 15 Bandung. This research aimed to evaluate Information Retrieval at SLiMS at library SMAN 15 Bandung. The common problems studied in this research were to describe the use of TAM model and to evaluate information retrieval based on SLiMS, the specific problems are listed as follow 1) Describe the usefulness (perceived usefulness) of SLiMS in information retrieval ; 2) Describe the convenience (perceived ease of use) SLiMS in information retrieval. This research used quantitative was with descriptive method. The sample usage technique used is accidental sampling and involved 97 respondents. Data collection techniques were conducted by using questionnaires and data processing techniques used Chi-Square.The study showed that the use of OPAC according to the TAM Model is in the appropriate stage. The same result also occurred in the dimensions of perceived usefulness and dimensions perceived ease of use.
