Abstract

Penelitian dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena kematangan karir sebagai isu utama perkembangan remaja. Isu yang teramati di antaranya sebagian besar remaja kebingungan dalam karir, rendahnya kepedulian karir remaja, hingga rendahnya tingkat kesiapan karir remaja. Padahal di era digital seperti sekarang ini diyakini web bimbingan karir dapat membantu pengembangan kematangan karir remaja. Oleh sebab itu, permasalahan utama yang menjadi fokus kajian penelitian adalah pengembangan kematangan karir remaja berbasis web. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskpritif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Sedangkan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 11 Bandung tahun ajaran 2016/ 2017. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Data yang digunakan untuk mengungkap tingkat kematangan karir siswa dikumpulkan melalui instrumen nontes berupa angket model Guttman yang diadaptasi dari Career Maturity Inventory (CMI) yang dikembangkan oleh Savickas. Penelitian ini menghasilkan profil kematangan karir siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 11 Bandung pada empat aspek yaitu Kepedulian (89,90%), rasa ingin tahu (79,70%), kepercayaan diri (60%) dan konsultasi (78,85%). 2) Rumusan program bimbingan karir berbasis web yang dapat mengembangkan kematangan karir siswa berdasarkan hasil validasi pakar dan praktisi meliputi a) rasional, b) deksripsi kebutuhan, c) tujuan, d) sasaran, e) rencana operasional, f) tahapan pengembangan program, g) indikator keberhasilan serta h) evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Penggunaan media web dalam program bimbingan karir berbasis web digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan bimbngan karir. 3) Program bimbingan karir berbasis web secara empiris terbukti dapat mengembangkan kematangan karir siswa kelas X SMAN 11 Kota Bandung. Keefektivan program bimbingan karir berbasis web tersebut diketahui dengan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor postes kematangan karir kelas eksperimen setelah pelaksanaan layanan. Dengan kata lain, program bimbingan karir berbasis web berdampak positif terhadap perkembangan kematangan karir siswa. Rekomendasi berdasarkan temuan penelitian diantaranya ditujukan bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling, dan peneliti selanjutnya.---This study is based on the phenomena occurred in the life of adolescents related to their career development. The phenomena occur related to adolescent career are their confusion in choosing proper career, their low awareness of their career and readiness. In the digital era, it is believed that web-based career guidance can help the development of adolescent career maturity. Therefore, the main problem that became the focus of this research study is the development of web-based adolescent career maturity. This study used descriptive qualitative research method embracing cross-sectional research design. The participants of the study are tenth grader of 11 Senior High School Bandung in academic year of 2016/2017, using cluster random sampling technique in selecting the participants. The data are collected through Guttman Model Questionnaire, taking form in non test instrument, adapted from Career Maturity Inventory (CMI) developed by Savickas. The Study reveals the profiles of adolescent students career maturity of Senior High School students of 11 Senior High School Bandung in four aspects, those are concerns (89,90%), curiosity (79,70%), confidence (60%), and consultation (78,85%). The formulation of a web-based career guidance program that can develop student career maturity based on expert and practitioner validation results include a) rational, b) description of needs, c) objectives, d) targets, e) operational plans, f) program development stages, g) indicator of success and h) evaluation and follow-up. The use of web media in web-based career guidance program is used as a tool in the implementation of career guidance activities. Empirical web-based career guidance program is proven to develop career maturity of the tenth grader of 11 Senior High School Bandung. The effectiveness of the web-based career counseling program is known by an increase in average higher scores for the experimental class at the time of implementation of pre-test and post-test. In other words, web-based career counseling programs have a positive impact on the development of student career maturity. Recommendations based on research findings are intended for guidance and counseling teachers of the school, and subsequent research.
