Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari permasalahan pembelajaran di kelas XI IPS A SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara Bandung yakni guru lebih mendominasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dengan kata lain guru sebagai pusat kegiatan belajar mengajar. Alasan lainnya bahwa terlalu fokusnya guru pada materi baku yang sudah disiapkan oleh pemerintah sehingga mengabaikan pembelajaran berdasarkan peristiwa maupun biografis yang terdapat di lingkungan sekitar peserta didik. Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah tersebut maka permasalahan utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana memanfaatkan rekam jejak Husein Sastranegara dalam mengembangkan wawasan dirgantara peserta didik melalui pembelajaran sejarah dengan pertanyaan penelitian sebagai berikut; 1) bagaimana desain pembelajaran sejarah melalui pemanfaatan rekam jejak Husein Sastranegara dalam mengembangkan wawasan dirgantara peserta didik; 2) bagaimana implementasi pemanfaatan rekam jejak Husein Sastranegara dalam mengembangkan wawasan dirgantara peserta didik; dan bagaimana hasil pembelajaran sejarah melalui pemanfaatan rekam jejak Husein Sastranegara dalam mengembangkan wawasan dirgantara peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan wawasan dirgantara peserta didik di kelas XI IPS A. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil penelitian yaitu Pertama, guru telah melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan desain pembelajaran. Kedua, pembelajaran sejarah dengan memanfaatkan rekam jejak Husein Sastranegara telah berhasil mengembangkan wawasan dirgantara peserta didik yaitu pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta didik tentang pengenalan tokoh Husein Sastranegara, minat belajar sejarah, kebanggaan terhadap tokoh Husein Sastranegara sebagai icon sekolah. Ketiga, kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru mitra adalah keterbatasan sumber mengenai tokoh Husein Sastranegara dan mengukur sikap dan perilaku peserta didik.----The backround of this research is based on the learning problem in XI IPS A SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara Bandung, that the learning process is dominated by the teacher in other word, the teacher as a centre in learning process. Moreover the teacher is only focus on the standard materialwhich is decided by the goverment. As the result, the teacher ignore learning by event and biography arround student’s environment where as student should explore the learning source arround them. Based in this problem identification, teh in problem in this research is how to use the track record of Husein Sastranegara to develop student’s aerospace knowledge by history learningwith the question of the research as: 1) How to desain history learning by use the track record of Husein Sastranegara’s to develop student’s aerospace knowledge?; 2) How to implement the using track record of Husein Sastranegara to develop student’s aerospace knowledge; 3) how the result of history learning using the track record of Husein Sastranegara to develop student’s aerospace knowledge. The purpose of the research is to develop student’s aerospace knowledge in XI IPS A. The method of action research in the class is used in this research the result of the research one. First, The teacher tought the appropriate learning design. Second, History learning by using the track record Husein Sastranegara succed to develop student’s knowledge and understanding. Such as the student’s knowledge and understanding about the track record Husein Sastranegara , the interest of history, the proud of Husein Sastranegara as the school’s icon and the third is. The Teacher difficulty such as the limit of the source about the track record Husein Sastranegara and how the measure student’s attitude and behaviour.
