Model Bimbingan Kelompok berlandaskan Nilai-nilai Falsafah Panca Jiwa Pondok untuk meningkatkan Keterampilan Sosial Santri (Penelitian di Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Ulum Waddakwah Condong Kecamatan Cibeureum Kota Tasikmalaya-Jawa Barat) Adanya kecenderungan para santri yang baru masuk pesantren mengalami keterkejutan budaya yang dipengaruhi antara lain oleh minat masuk pessantren, banyak di antara mereka yang belajar di pondok pesantren bukan atas kehendak sendiri tetapi karena arahan dan keinginan orang tua. Apabila gejala semacam ini tidak segera diatasi maka akan menjadi masalah yang cukup serius di kalangan santri tingkat awal. Dengan demikian perlu diberikan jenis bimbingan yang dapat membantu kesulitan santri dalam upaya meningkatkan keterampilan sosialnya. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok berlandaskan nilai-nilai falsafah panca jiwa pondok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model bimbingan kelompok berlandaskan nilai-nilai falsafah panca jiwa pondok untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial santri dan mengetahui keefektifan model tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan research & development. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) profil keterampilan sosial santri secara umum berada pada kategori sedang; (2) rumusan model bimbingan kelompok berlandaskan nilai-nilai falsafah panca jiwa pondok untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial santri terdiri atas komponen; rasional, deskripsi dan masalah kebutuhan, tujuan, asumsi model, target intervensi, komponen program, langkah-langkah kegiatan, kompetensi konselor untuk implementasi model, struktur dan isi intervensi, evaluasi dan indikator keberhasilan; dan (3) model tersebut efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial santri.-----Puad Hasim. 2017. Model of Group Guidance based on values of philosophy Panca Jiwa Pondok to Improve Social Skill of Santri (Research at Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Ulum Waddakwah Condong Cibeureum of Tasikmalaya City-West Java) The existence of the tendency of the newly enrolled santri experiencing cultural shock influenced among others by the interest of entering pesantren, many of them who study in boarding school not on their own but because of the direction and wishes of parents. If such a symptom is not addressed soon it will be a serious problem among early santri students. Thus it is necessary to provide the type of guidance that can help the difficulties of santri in an effort to improve their social skills. One effort that can be done is the provision of guidance services group based on the values of philosophy Panca Jiwa Pondok. This study aims to produce a model guidance group based on the values of philosophy Panca Jiwa Pondok to improve social skills students and know the effectiveness of the model. This research uses research & development. The results of this study indicate that (1) social skill profile of students is generally in the medium category; (2) formulation of group guidance model based on the values of philosophy Panca Jiwa Pondok to improve social skill of santri consist of component; rationale, description and problem needs, objectives, model assumptions, intervention targets, program components, activity steps, counselor competencies for model implementation, structure and content of interventions, evaluations and indicators of success; and (3) the model is effective for improving the social skill of santri.
